A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your session date. Full payment is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
We understand that plans change. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit any deposit paid.
Edited images are typically delivered within the timeframe agreed at booking. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project and time of year. Raw, unedited images are not provided as part of our standard packages.
Best Shots Studios retains copyright of all images produced. Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share their images. Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images requires prior written consent.

While we take every care to deliver high-quality work, Best Shots Studios is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, illness, or events preventing a session from taking place. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a full refund of any deposit paid.
